Terms and Conditions

Guarantees:

All work is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Guarantees for materials used vary based on the material and will be provided upon request.

Refunds:

All deposits and all sales are final.  Once a deposit is made or an invoice is paid on a job, there are no refunds. 

Rush Work:

If you want an order rushed, we will do our best to get your work done in-between other jobs.  Please understand, we are a 2-person shop and we work as quickly and efficiently as possible.  There will be an extra charge for rush orders that will be reflected on the final invoice.
